Roles & Responsibilities
• Daily update on all payment received and matching with invoices in accounting system
• Manage full set of accounts (AP/AR & GL) for 3-4 subsidiaries
• Provide support in both AP & AR functions;
• Attending to daily accounting records and ensure all documents are properly filed and maintained.
• Credit Control
• Preparation of Monthly SOA
• Documents filings
• Any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Some practical experience in accounts or bookkeeping.
• Possession of a diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting. Fresh graduates with a diploma in accounting (or similar) are also encouraged.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Quickbooks is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a team, with attention to detail and responsibility.
• 5 day work, Mon to Fri.
• Transport provided from Joo Koon MRT.
