Given, you have an excellent command of the English Language and you are proud of it.
Ready to do something with it?
As the saying goes, get a job you love, and you’ll never have to work a single day of your life.
You are a wordsmith with an exemplary attention to detail. Nothing escapes your eagle eye. Errors in newspapers, pamphlets and subtitles seem to jump off at you. You are a stickler for making sure that “all together” and “altogether” are to be used in their own appropriate ways; “course” and “cause” are not interchangeable, of course! Your acute auditory sensitivity means you understand and enjoy diverse speech accents.
Focused and confident, you are eager to acquire new skills and welcome any challenges that may come your way. This is what makes you tick.
No, we are not looking for superbeings. We are just on the lookout for human beings with all of the above qualities. We cannot - nor do we want to - mould attitudes and personalities but we can impart the required subject knowledge and skillset for one to be the best in the legal transcription industry.
You will be trained and duly equipped with all the necessary skills to produce a legal transcript which you will be proud to put your name to. Once you have mastered the transcription skills, we will nudge you onto the path to be a QC-er, a proofreader and/or a court editor.
