- Involve in day to day site PPVC production and construction works
- Liaise and coordinate closely with external parties (RE/RTO/Subcons) and internal personnel for site work management
- Verify contractors' claims and variation orders
- Handling site inspection and regulations requirements
- Monitor site progress and quality control
- Update of bar bending schedule, monitoring of rebar usage and order
- Measurement and calculation of projects' concrete and rebar quantities
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil & Structural or Construction Management
- Experience in high rise construction works will be preference
- Familiar with PPVC / DFMA construction environment will be preference
- Familiar with BCA's regulation and other authorities requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft Project
- Knowledge in excel and power point presentation
- Able to work with tight schedule
- Independent, accountable and initiative
