Job Description
- Collect necessary documents and prepare information for submission of Workplace Injury Compensation Act (WICA) claims through the MOM portal.
- Follow up on claims with partners and clarify cases with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) investigation officers.
- Ensure compliance with the filing requirement for WICA claims.
