Job Responsibilities:
- Onboarding newcomers to the company.
- Administering performance appraisal (goal setting, etc) in December (for year-end).
- Administration and coordination of confirmation appraisal (for new employees) and performance appraisal.
- All data pertaining to the above must be duly updated in HR folders within the company drive.
- Operate HR systems efficiently and effectively.
- Handle all work pass related transactions.
- Provide support in monthly payroll matters, where necessary.
- handle the administration of the recruitment process, including drafting and updating of job advertisements, posting of job advertisements, screening and filtering of candidates, and arranging interviews
