Responsibilities:
Facility Operations and Maintenance:
- Provide effective leadership and supervision to two separate facilities management teams, ensuring efficient operations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Monitor the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs across both sites to optimize facility performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify maintenance and repair needs, and coordinate their resolution in a timely manner.
- Oversee energy management programs, including monitoring consumption, implementing energy-saving initiatives, and promoting sustainability practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations at both sites.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the facilities management teams at each site, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Coordinate staffing requirements, including recruitment and training, to ensure adequate resources are available for smooth operations.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, codes, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure emergency response plans and procedures are in place and regularly tested.
- Provide safety training and promote a culture of safety and awareness among employees and contractors.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve health and safety issues effectively.
Vendor Management and Contracts:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers at each site.
- Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Review vendor invoices, track expenses, and manage budget allocations for facilities services at each location.
- Regularly assess vendor capabilities and seek competitive bids to optimize service quality and cost efficiency.
Financial Management and Budgeting:
- Develop and manage facilities budgets for each site, ensuring proper allocation of financial resources.
- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances, proposing cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies.
- Prepare regular financial reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and providing recommendations for improvement.
Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage facility-related projects at both sites, from planning to execution, while ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to develop project plans, identify project risks, and manage project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Ensure successful completion of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Strategy Development: (With the support of Platform team)
- Defining the company's HX vision and mission.
- Developing and implementing HX strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HX success.
Fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Organizing team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Feedback Management:
- Conducting employee surveys and gathering feedback.
- Analyzing feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implementing changes based on employee feedback.
Workplace Environment:
- Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment.
- Managing office space and facilities.
- Implementing wellness programs and initiatives.
Collaboration:
- Partnering with HR, IT, and other departments to achieve HX goals.
