Sales Coordinator
Working Location: 80 Marine Parade Road, #12-02 Parkway Parade, 449269
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

As a Sales Coordinator, the incumbent will support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. He/She will be responsible for coordinating sales-related activities to ensure that the sales team can achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the sales team with daily administrative duties, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing correspondence.
· Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate sales representative or department.
· Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
· Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
· Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to senior sales staff or management as necessary.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
· Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
Requirements:
· Diploma and above in Supply Chain Management, or in a relevant discipline.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Salary package will be commensurate based on experience and skill set.
