Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving SIMA transformation through business insights and analytics to understand drivers of current performance and outlook. This role is also responsible for managing business performance to identify opportunities and risks to delivering targets, identifying long-term strategic opportunity to drive SIMA vision (aligned with TCCC Vision), supporting business planning process to ensure end-to-end alignment across markets and OUs.This role particularly focused on RTM transformation for SIMA.
Job Responsibilities
- Business insights and analytics to understand drivers of current performance and outlook. This includes external and competitive insights, as well as building future insights capabilities. Connect insights to frame and align business issues and opportunities, leveraging different research and data sources to drive course correction.
- Business performance management to identify opportunities and risks to delivering targets. Develop dashboards and tools to enable leadership team decision making.
- Long-term strategic opportunity identification to drive SIMA vision, aligned with TCCC Vision. Identify whitespace opportunities and challenges. Enhance country strategy through analysis and benchmarking based on local considerations.
- Business planning process support to ensure end-to-end alignment across functionss and OUs, working cross-functionally
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in several Business Development roles, such as Strategy, Planning, Insights, Consulting, PMO, among others
- Proven trajectory as thought leader, cross functional teams’ coordination and alignment, and influencing senior leadership team
- In depth knowledge of the complex FMCG system, and have exposure and understanding in at least two of the following disciplines: Operations, Bottling, Marketing, Finance, and Planning.
