Project Delivery
- Post job advertisement in job portals and social media for Client projects.
- Research and source for best-fit candidates through:
- cold calls,
- directory/trade publication,
- other networks,
- current database,
- telephone screening
- Build database / sourcing list / mapping list.
- Lead in interviewing and shortlisting of candidates.
- Prepare superior candidate profiling report for profile sent to Client.
- Provide professional consulting on employment markets.
- Manage candidates to close assignments successfully.
- Manage candidates on payroll related administration including trigger letter of appointments, collect & verify monthly timesheets and other required personal information.
Key Account Development & Management
- Plan, identify and develop potential key accounts for various HR outsourcing products (including Placement, Search, Contract Placement, Payroll Outsourcing, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, candidates and colleagues
- Participate in scheduled weekly meetings.
- Follow-up on Accounts Receivables collections.
Operations
- Ensure Candidates’ and Clients’ information including any latest updates are properly recorded & uploaded in system.
- Ensure compliance with local employment agency regulations and government guidelines, local internal SOPs and documentations implemented accordingly for compliance and audit purposes.
Others
- Participate and engage actively in Company events and Capabilities Building activities.
- Collaborate strongly with team members in achieving Group’s objectives
- Any other special projects and/or administrative duties as assigned
