The Opportunity:
The E-Commerce intern will play a vital role in managing and executing strategies for online channels. This role involves managing day-to-day operations of Suu Balm & Vytle’s online channels, including execution of online campaigns and promotions, customer service and inventory management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to e-commerce channels, giving you a well-rounded experience that will set you up for success in your future career. In this role, your tasks could include :
- Managing day-to-day operations of our online presence on multiple channels like Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, TikTok, Suu Balm e-store and more
- Work closely with enabler on orders fulfilment & inventory management
- Create and update online channels content, products, images, promotions and banners to ensure the website is kept up to date
- Support online campaigns – from campaign conceptualisation, working with cross-functional team on smooth execution of online campaigns
- Monitor & perform analysis of performance metrics, tracking revenue, traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention
- Any other ad hoc activities assigned
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Mass Communication or related discipline
- Digitally savvy and proficient in computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong interest on e-commerce
- Proficiency in both English & Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
