The primary objective of the WIMS Administrator is to deliver high-quality data analysis and assurance that contributes to effective inspections and zero overdue schedules (AIPSM Key KPI) on issues related to WIMS and SRBI.
Responsibilities:
- Support Inspection Engineers & Materials Corrosion Engineers (MCE) in creating / editing / deleting Floc, Corrosion Loop, Equipment, Circuits, Components, Schedules, Equipment Specifications, Equipment Condition History (ECH), Corrosion Monitoring Locations (CML), Measurement Points (MP) in WIMS.
- Perform daily dashboard consistency checks on the existing w-IMS dashboard that tracks the Asset’s KPI (Inspector Dashboard, ECH Dashboard, AI Monthly KPI Dashboard, Extension and Temporary Repair Dashboard, etc.).
- Perform Monthly w-IMS Reporting on Overdue Schedules from the Global Dashboard, Inactive Schedules & ECH > 90 days pending for approval, and Potential Overdue schedules, and communicate gaps with the relevant Inspection Engineer.
- Ensure that all relevant documentations are attached to ECH in w-IMS and back out faulty ECH with attached/credited schedule(s).
- Perform monthly w-IMS health checks as per AMS RP 4.01.6 under Section 20.3 “Site Admin Queries” and highlight in the monthly KPI meeting.
- Perform IMS Data Quality deep-dive check on identified critical items in w-IMS IMS health check.
- Perform monthly SAP health checks from the SAP dashboard to ensure w-IMS / GSAP hierarchies, as well as schedules, are aligned and communicate gaps with the relevant PM Planner / Inspection Engineer.
- Monitor and coordinate LOPC with the Unit Inspection Engineer and track the Leaks that are EI-300 and EI-400 G-Metrix Reportable (Pressure retaining boundary Leaks and Pressure retaining boundary leaks with Reliability and/or Process Safety Impact).
- Provide the AI PSM Report (Category 1 Extension and Temporary Repair) and Insight Sharing Report (EI100-500 G-metrics Reportable) to the Asset Integrity Manager.
- Perform Monthly cumulative risk visual data updates.
- Support MCE / RBI Engineer in updating CCD and Component.
- Support CML setup/Uploading of Thickness Measurement Data in w-IMS.
- Explore IMS Automation. Creates Dashboard, Custom Queries, and Dynamic Forms, and maximizes other functionalities.
- Assist PM Planner / Inspection Engineer to raise Technical Asset Master Data Form to amend changes in SAP if discrepancies are observed.
- Perform updating on the SVP Quarterly Report (Overdue Schedule and LOPC updating).
- Provide Data for the Solomon Study (Refining benchmarking study and solutions)
- Update Schedule’s MEC Cost in w-IMS.
- Manage the day-to-day activities (document library management, permission groups administration, etc.) of the department SharePoint Subsites.
- Ensure migration of data from the current share folder into SharePoint and maintain data structure in SharePoint.
- Schedule and Perform Internal Audit (LOD1) of w-IMS program.
- Assist Inspection Engineers in the creation of PR, PO, and SES.
- Keep track of monthly PO creation, vetting, and update to Finance.
- Preparing monthly Accrual Reports from Asset Integrity and coordinating it with the Finance department.
- Provide support to Ad-hoc administrative requests, e.g., finding docs (GA, Isometric) in AIM, data analysis, etc.
- Prepare monthly section meeting minutes.
- Coordinate w-IMS/RBI New Training requests for new users and refresher Training for existing users.
- Provide/Remove access for users in w-IMS.
- Participate in w-IMS AP monthly teleconference.
- Schedule a run-through with users for every release update.
- Back-up w-IMS Site Focal Point.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma of any discipline.
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Inspection/QA/NDT or Engineering/Maintenance/Project in Energy industry.
- Strong computer skills and familiar with Excel functions such as advanced formulas, data tables, what-if analysis, creating charts and graphs.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with other to receive, retrieve and present data and insights through reports and presentations.
- Meticulous and detailed.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to organize, analyze and present relevant information about a specific subject.
