The WSHE Coordinator is responsible for supervising and coordinating safety aspects and procedures as required under the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Perform safety and health walk-through inspections at the workplace
- Conduct awareness training/activities such as monthly training, tool meetings and WSHE orientation.
- Direct investigations on workplace accidents and incidents and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain required safety and health documents.
- Conduct scheduled inspections on heavy machines.
- Collaborate with HODs to monitor compliance and identify safety issues.
- Liaise with authorities and clients on all WSH matters.
- Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education: Minimum WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (Level B)
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of proven experience in related field
