- Ensure operational compliance with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements.
- Guarantee that all work activities are risk-assessed and that control mechanisms are applied.
- Collaboration with relevant site personnel on enhancing worksite safety and cleanliness.
- Perform regular safety and housekeeping inspections, compile relevant reports and records.
- Supervise relevant workers to carry out rectification works in timely manner till satisfying the requirements.
- Maintain all required safety documents and records on site for authority inspection.
- Supervise all workers in providing safety measures and procedures in accordance with MOM regulations.
- Perform other Safety related duties as directed by Project Manager.
- Possess a Certificate in Safety Coordinators Course from approved institutes.
- Min. 2 years relevant experience in construction industry.
- Able to speak English.
- Able to work independently and communicate with all levels.
- Customer-orientated.
