Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the screening and vaccination rate
- Develop and implement prototypes to test the strategies
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to implement plans to increase screening and vaccination rate
- Analyze data for screening and vaccination, which includes tracking and analysing screening and vaccination rates in the population, as well as analysing data and determining the areas for outreach to increase screening rates
- Work with internal stakeholders on the extraction of data and reports from IT systems
- Lead and manage a team in outreach and screening events
- Ensure the department is appropriately resourced to carry out its mission - people, funding, skill & technology
- Develop team members to enhance their skills & harness their potential
- Integrate team with the other RHSO departments & divisions
- Any other duties
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a minimum of 7 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare
- Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
- Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
- Able to work well with others, to foster buy-in and collaboration
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in strategic planning and/or programme development would be advantageous
