RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform engineering duties in designing semiconductor contactor equipment and optimizing test interface solutions.
- Adhering to design standards, processes and tools, ensure design conforms to mechanical interface requirement, performance specifications and/or customer driven parameters.
- Provide and evaluate technical simulations, characterization and real life results to ensure highest reliability of products.
- Executing technical drawings, Bill of materials, together with supporting documentation related to new designs or modifications.
- Redistribution of tolerances and the effects it has on a part level or assembly level. Analysis of tolerance stack-up, for the effect on fabrication/manufacturing/assembly or product performance.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 year of mechanical design experience using SolidWorks.
- Minimum 5 years experience of design in manufacturing industries.
- Some working experience in semiconductor industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications.
