Job Description
1. Main contact for enquiries pertaining to the maintenance operations.
2. Liaise with internal and external operations staff to ensure daily tasks are carried out.
3. Conduct checks in Monday.com to ensure that remote team members upload operations photos and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Administrative duties related to the operations.
5. Assist in the procurement process for materials required by the operations.
6. Preparations of weekly, fortnightly and monthly performance reports for submission to client.
7. Attend operations meetings and taking notes.
8. Assist to prepare and conduct trainings in staff training programs.
Special Note
This is a 24/7 operations and occasionally the job may require some attention after the normal office hours including weekends.
