About Us: We are seeking a skilled System & Network Executive to join our IT team. You'll be responsible for keeping our systems and networks running smoothly and securely.
We also accept applications for both junior and senior positions.
Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain servers and applications. Perform regular backups and updates.
- Network Management: Manage our network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi. Ensure network reliability and performance.
- Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect our IT assets. Respond to security incidents and conduct regular audits.
- Technical Support: Provide support to users, troubleshoot issues, and assist with IT projects.
- IT Asset Management: Manage IT assets like hardware, software, and licenses. Keep an inventory and coordinate with vendors.
- Facilities Support: Act as the point of contact for office facilities, including phone systems, and power management. Handle ad hoc tasks to support office operations.
- Collaboration: Work with the IT team and other departments to ensure smooth IT service delivery.
- Travel: Occasionally travel to branch offices for on-site support. A valid driving license and your own car are required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field / IT-related professional certificates or diplomas combined with relevant experience are also accepted.
- Experience in system and network administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and IT infrastructure.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid driving license and own a car.
