Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in the related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Project management and supervision skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the movement of personnel to various project sites, ensuring timely deployment and adherence to project schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of employee assignments, rotations, and travel arrangements.
- Communicate with Project Managers and department heads to assess manpower requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
- To monitor crew training requirements, you typically need to keep track of the certifications and qualifications needed for each crew member.
- Filtering and interviewing new crew members.
- Manage the logistics of equipment transportation, including scheduling, coordination with transport vendors, and tracking shipments.
- Ensure that equipment is delivered to project sites on time and per project specifications.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure availability of equipment and materials as per project requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Monitor the movement of goods and materials to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the logistics function.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing and billing.
- Manage the process of employee claims, including reimbursements, allowances, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding employee claims.
- Address inquiries and assist employees regarding claim submission and processing.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to manpower movement, equipment movement, logistics activities, invoice claims, and manpower claims.
- Generate reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management review and decision-making purposes.
