What We're Looking For:
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant beauty or skincare training preferred
- Proven work experience as a Beauty Advisor, Cosmetologist, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities to understand the customer's needs and preferences
- Strong knowledge of skincare, haircare, and makeup products, as well as beauty trends and techniques
- Ability to provide personalized recommendations based on the customer's skin type, skin tone, hair type, and personal style
- Ability to apply makeup and perform basic skincare treatments
- Sales-driven attitude and proven ability to meet sales targets
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance
What You'll Do:
- Provide personalized skincare and beauty advice to customers
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Demonstrate makeup application techniques and skincare routines
- Ensure the outlet is clean and looks presentable
- Stock and tester products are all in good condition, clean, and safe to use.
- Perform daily cash handling and update the manager about any product losses or damages.
