Summary
The Operation Executive Cum Technician is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations and technical maintenance including the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant machinery and equipment. This role ensures the efficient production and distribution while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Job Descriptions
- Operate and monitor plant production equipment and systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure proper operation and maintenance.
- Maintain ISO documentation and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Adhere to DOSH safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Apply electrical and mechanical engineering skills to optimize plant performance.
- Implement lean management techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and improve production processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Candidates must possess at least Certificate or electrical or Chargeman AO level.
- Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is a must.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Must have experience and knowledge to operate electrical testing instruments.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and rectify fault on system such as electrical motor system, electrical protection system, three phase system and pneumatic system.
- Hands-on experience in process plant operations and machinery.
- Eagerness to learn and proactive work.
- Candidates willing to work in Pulau Indah.
