Job Description:
- Assist in system administration
- Provide Admin support to JLT Technical and Rolling Equipment
- Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price
- Source for Quotation, Prepare Bid Analysis, and propose recommendations
- Obtain approval from requisitioning department
- Upkeep and arrange certification for equipment/machinery
- Manage Jurong Island pass applications and internal Vendor Management System for contractors
- Arrange SIC sessions for contractors
- Monitor delivery dates and arrange smooth delivery of spare parts for day to day operations
- Communicate and coordinate among various stakeholders for day to day operations
- Perform documentation control, management and archive of records for audit purposes
- Manage and track Contracts expiry
- Monitor of service contracts and ensure jobs are done promptly according to schedule
- Monitor of adhoc quotations from contractors to ensure that quotations furnished are in accordance to schedule of rate stipulated in contracts
- Take part in stock controlling, stock take and spare part management
- Prepare Monthly reporting and deck preparation
- Manage booking of boom lift, scissor lift, lifting equipment etc for internal users and contractors
- Any other jobs assigned by Manager, Engineer
Requirements:
- Min. 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma
- PC proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Good communication skill
- Proactive to take up challenges for improvement projects
- Good knowledge and understanding of best practices in procurement process
- Good team player
- Knowledge in technical spare parts will be an advantage
