Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Editorial Content Specialist to join our diverse digital marketing team. This role is pivotal in producing insightful and engaging content and communication about topics around but not subjected to Singapore property market. You will conduct research, write, edit, proofread and ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on property market trends, news, and insights and translate into inspiring property related content.
- Write compelling and informative articles, blog posts, reports and other print and digital content in both English and Chinese.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with our strategy and brand visual and verbal identity (eg. Tone of voice and brand personality).
- Stay updated with the latest industry developments and incorporate them into your writing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a writer and editor, preferably in the property or real estate sector.
- Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into engaging content and easy to understand.
- Excellent command of the English and Chinese language, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a face-paced environment.
