The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Associate Director of Pipeline Management to join our team in the APAC region with the role to be based in Sydney or in Singapore.
This APAC role, with a specific focus on Australia, New Zealand and Korea will lead pipeline selection, execution, and expansion from selection to post launch for both in-house and in licensing products. Working collaboratively with in country marketing teams, APAC business development and global stakeholders, this is a great opportunity to drive strategy development and launch excellence in line with Teva strategy.
How you’ll spend your day
- Lead the pipeline management process for the APAC region, including product identification, evaluation, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the product pipeline and ensure alignment with global and regional business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, and commercial operations, to drive pipeline initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and assess competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyse product performance, market trends, and regulatory changes to inform pipeline strategy and decision-making.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including global and regional leadership, to ensure effective communication and alignment on pipeline priorities.
- Prepare and present pipeline updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee the development and execution of launch plans for new products in the region.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business, Science or Similar, MBA and advantage
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pipeline management, product development, or strategic planning within the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in the APAC region.
- Proven track record of successfully managing product pipelines and driving strategic initiatives.
- Experience in portfolio, Marketing and business development and knowledge in pipeline development value chain
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
