Service Staff

Roles:

  1. Customer Service: Greet and seat customers, take orders, provide recommendations, and handle inquiries.
  2. Order Management: Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of Pizzas and drinks.
  3. Customer Interaction: Address customer complaints or special requests, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting and Seating: Welcome customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
  2. Order Taking: Assist customer on the online ordering process
  3. Handling Complaints: Resolve customer issues or escalate them to a manager as needed.
  4. Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Pizza Baker

Roles:

  1. Dough Preparation: Prepare and manage pizza dough, including mixing, kneading, and portioning.
  2. Topping and Assembly: Assemble pizzas with the appropriate toppings, sauces, and cheeses according to recipes and customer preferences.
  3. Cooking: Bake pizzas in the oven, ensuring proper temperature and cooking time for optimal quality.
  4. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of pizzas, including crust texture, cheese melt, and overall presentation.
  5. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work station, including the oven, prep areas, and utensils.

Responsibilities:

  1. Dough Management: Prepare dough according to standard recipes, including proofing and portioning.
  2. Topping Preparation: Slice and prepare ingredients for pizza toppings, ensuring freshness and quality.
  3. Baking: Operate the pizza oven and bake pizzas to the correct specifications.
  4. Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize cooking equipment and work areas regularly.
  5. Inventory Control: Manage inventory of pizza ingredients, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  6. Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
