- Industry/Organization Type: Manufacture of Oil and Gas Production Equipment
- Position Title: Production Manager
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday 8 am – 4.45 pm, Saturday 8 am – 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $5,500 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of projects, the workshop, and store functions.
- Plan and allocate production resources to ensure optimal utilization of manpower, facilities, and materials.
- Monitor, plan, and expedite all fabrication works to meet delivery schedules.
- Plan and oversee the upgrade of machinery and equipment to achieve higher productivity and efficiency.
- Optimize the use of the workshop and open yard areas for fabrication work.
- Resolve issues related to fabrication, maintenance, and projects.
- Provide guidance and assistance to project engineers in managing projects.
- Participate in evaluating contractors and suppliers shortlisted by Procurement.
- Engage in technical and commercial discussions with clients, inspectors, contractors, and internal departments.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment and maintain discipline among the production workforce, including contractors.
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the General Manager.

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of production and/or project management experience
