Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
- Position Title: Accountant
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 5.45 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + AWS + OT + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company assets and financial expenses
- Accurately and promptly record all financial transactions
- Handle accounts payable, verify supplier invoices with POs, calculate agent commissions, and update records
- Prepare financial documents like Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and tax filings
- Ensure tax compliance and prepare tax returns
- Manage petty cash transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Monitor daily cash flow
- Review and check management team’s expense claims
- Use ERP systems to prepare and maintain accounting ledgers
- Use ERP systems to post account transactions
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing finance reports as required by the company
- Assist the Finance Manager in external and internal finance audits

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accounting best practices
