- Position Title: Logistics Coordinator (Port/ Marine Operation)
- Working Location: Jurong Port Road
- Working Hours: Mon – Sat, 8 am - 5 pm (Irregular work hours depending on schedule)
- Salary Package: Basic + Shift Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute workforce and equipment to ensure smooth operations for unloading barges and vessels.
- Monitor the daily procedures of the arrival and departure timings of barges and vessels.
- Engage with port authorities to guarantee efficient operation and collaboration.
- Conduct daily documentation and report on logistics activities for barges and vessels.
- Monitor warehouse inventory ensuring optimal supply of goods for delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with the truck teams to secure transportation of company goods.
- Manage and ensure the safety of our workforce at work.
- Ensure that all machinery and equipment are consistently ready and operational.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, adapting to the port operations' 24/7 schedule.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly preferred (Company vehicle provided for work usage).
