We are seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. The Delivery Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products to our valued customers, which include pet owners, vet clinics, retailers, and other businesses in the pet/ vet industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and a passion for pets.
Responsibilities :
Drive company vehicle
Delivery of pet food and pet medications
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures while driving and making deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle.
Assist with warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, as needed.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Job Requirements :
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of efficient delivery routes.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order verification and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
