Product Manager (Software Applications)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives
• Communicate a product roadmap and strategy to stakeholders at all levels
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful product delivery
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with the development team to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experience
• Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing teams for product launches and client engagements

Requirements:

• A Degree in Business, Computer Science, IT or Marketing
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in software application as a service or gaming domain
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products including the cross-functional leadership needed to ensure all dimensions of the business case for products are met
• Understanding of customer experience principles and best practices (e.g. Design Thinking Principle)
• Experience with UX design principles and user research methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Agile methodologies, sprints, feature releases and product management tools
• Ability to take a leadership role, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage multiple priorities
