Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition activities.
  • Manage the full-cycle payroll administration activities.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks across multiple functions.
  • Manage and participate in talent engagement events.
  • Maintain and update employee records in Info-tech system and personnel files.
  • Collaborate closely with all internal and external stakeholders to drive business goals.
  • Participate in all HR projects, audit and compliance activities.
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned by the HR Manager and Management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in HR capacity, with strong focus in Talent acquisition and Payroll administration.
  • Proficient with Singapore's statutory laws (e.g., Employment act, CPF act)
  • Meticulous, organised, process-driven and detailed-oriented.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, as needed to liaise with counterparts.
  • Proficient in Info-tech system and HR related portals.
