Job Descriptions:
- Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition activities.
- Manage the full-cycle payroll administration activities.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Manage HR administrative tasks across multiple functions.
- Manage and participate in talent engagement events.
- Maintain and update employee records in Info-tech system and personnel files.
- Collaborate closely with all internal and external stakeholders to drive business goals.
- Participate in all HR projects, audit and compliance activities.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned by the HR Manager and Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
- 2-3 years of working experience in HR capacity, with strong focus in Talent acquisition and Payroll administration.
- Proficient with Singapore's statutory laws (e.g., Employment act, CPF act)
- Meticulous, organised, process-driven and detailed-oriented.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, as needed to liaise with counterparts.
- Proficient in Info-tech system and HR related portals.
