Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing creative projects from concept to final product.
- Overseeing layout for gaming / software and user experience linkage with branding
- Generating the artistic vision that creative team members follow.
- Leading a group of designers, copywriters, photographers, and account managers.
- Planning company advertisements and monitoring brand campaigns.
- Interpreting client briefs and turning them into creative solutions.
- Lead a team of designers/ ux / ui engineers towards the creative and development process of software and media games
Requirements:
- A minimum of Degree in Computer Science, Business or Marketing
- A minimum of of 6 years experience in the field of Design and 4 years in leadership capacity leading a team of designers, front-end developers, and UX Researchers towards a creative process
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills.
- Experience writing and presenting ROI-driven marketing campaign plans.
