Customer Call Centre Executive
• Assists in handle and resolve all customer queries effectively and promptly.
• Delegate calls to respective technician.
• Escalating service support issue when required, and follow up on problematic calls.
• Review, verify and updating of completed jobs
• Preparation of supporting documents for credit and debit note.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
• Min GCE "N" Level and above with min 2 years of customer service experience in call center.
Salary: $3,300
