We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to help us deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development for our concept store and a small canape menu for our boutique catering services.
- Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring smooth operations.
- Overseeing food preparation and cooking to ensure quality and consistency.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
- Contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
