Responsibilities:
- Deliver Mandarin language education to playgroup students using engaging and effective teaching methods.
- Implement Little Paddington’s curriculum, ensuring a stimulating learning environment that promotes bilingual proficiency.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and execute lessons that meet the developmental needs of young children.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the preschool's educational strategies and goals.
Qualifications:
- Must hold L2 certification with a specialization in Early Childhood Education.
- Proven experience in teaching Mandarin to early learners.
- Strong understanding of play-based learning and bilingual education.
