Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Teacher.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a classroom with a focus on fostering an environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Implement Little Paddington’s play-based and inquiry-driven curriculum.
- Collaborate with a team of English and Mandarin teachers to deliver a comprehensive bilingual immersion program.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting instruction to meet individual student needs.
- Engage with parents and caregivers to support student development.
