Are you an enthusiastic Early Childhood or Literacy Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact on young minds?
We are seeking dynamic educators to bring our innovative Literacy Program to life in our preschools. Created by leading Australian Literacy Experts and grounded in the Early Years Framework, our program is designed to inspire a love for reading and writing in children.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and Lead Literacy Adventures: Develop and implement engaging literacy lessons that align with our educational philosophy.
- Create Inspiring Learning Environments: Craft age-appropriate teaching aids and bring lessons to life with creativity and energy.
- Foster Positive Growth: Use positive guidance techniques to nurture students' development and maintain a supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Build Strong Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with students and their families, ensuring open communication and a collaborative learning environment.
- Track and Celebrate Progress: Keep detailed records of each student’s journey and tailor your approach to meet their unique needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related fields (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc.)
- Experience: At least 1 year of classroom teaching experience with children aged 3 to 7 years old.
- Dynamic Personality: A creative and energetic individual who brings excitement to the classroom.
- Effective Communicator: Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Knowledgeable: Understanding of educational, developmental, and cognitive psychology.
