Job Scope
- Greet and attend to incoming visitors pleasantly and professionally.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, meeting scheduling, also maintain office cleanliness (arrange cleaner etc)
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Vendor and courier management
- Travel and hotel management
- Company event management
Requirements
- Minimum high school or equivalent, Certificate or diploma is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Collaborative good team player and experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholder.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in SAP would be an added advantage
