Responsibilities:
- Manage the Group’s cash flow, including optimization, forecasting, expense management, budgeting, consolidation, and P&L forecasts.
- Ensure optimal fund levels for operations and unexpected expenses.
- Perform monthly consolidation and analysis.
- Develop risk management and financial strategies.
- Oversee financial reports, audits, GST, and tax planning.
- Provide ROI analysis for investments and guide expansion decisions.
- Prepare financial performance metrics and manage the finance team.
- Lead ERP and MIS projects, improve internal controls, and ensure compliance.
- Provide recommendations for maximizing returns on excess funds.
- Build relationships with bankers and liquidity providers.
- Handle any additional duties related to the role.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree
- At least 5 years of Controller experience
