Your new role
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Ability to support 4-5 global key accounts within APAC within B2B environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Exposed to 4-5 global key accounts within APAC is highly advantageous
- Having customer experience within manufacturing organisations is highly preferred
