Job Description:
This is a full-time position as an Outlet Manager for the employer. The role involves leading the outlet team to achieve both the outlet's sales targets and personal sales targets.
The Outlet Manager will evaluate progress against these targets and implement solutions as needed. Responsibilities include managing daily outlet operations, handling customer complaints, motivating staff, and providing guidance and coaching to staff.
The role also encompasses managing outlet personnel duties and responsibilities, overseeing outlet human resources tasks such as annual leaves and shifts, and training, mentoring, and coaching outlet staff to maximize their performance.
Requirement:
Min 3 years experience in Beauty industry
