Our client is a well-known player in the commodities trading company. They are currently seeking to hire a Corporate Communications Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the PR teams, develop and implement impactful corporate and media communication strategies, including press releases and addressing various media and stakeholder concerns.
- Act as a press and reputation advisor for fellow stakeholders, offering guidance on external relations issues such as participation in conferences, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
- Support internal communications campaigns and initiatives led by the current team.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide advice on communication materials that align with business strategy.
- Assist in organizing and managing staff engagement campaigns/events and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities as part of the communications plan.
- Handle crises and challenging situations following established crisis communications protocols.
- Monitor news media and government sources for regulatory changes and promptly update internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/ PR or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in all corporate communication functions
- Experienced with press management including crisis communications
- Experienced with multiple digital platforms
- Basic digital design skills
