Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Assist with event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Coordinate with the various stakeholders to ensure seamless flow
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events.
- Support marketing and business pitch initiatives
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
