Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager for site development, ensuring effective supervision and operational management.
- Coordinate and liaise with all parties in the project team, including authorities, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
- Able to prepare shop drawings, as built drawings of construction services.
- Manage the inventory of construction materials and equipment, maintaining strict cost controls to ensure project stays within budget and completion on time.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks on-site.
- Arrange daily schedule allocation for projects.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Able to visualize site condition, site meetings and thorough inspections, maintaining close communication with subcontractors to track the advancement of project phases.
- Good leadership, Detail-minded, result-oriented and capable to solve problem.
- Ensure all workers at site comply with quality, environment, health & safety requirements.
- Update the progress of structural works in the Progress Reports.
- Provide support to site operation.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Requirements:
1. To possess a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Architecture, equivalent or similar.
2. To have at least 5 years of related working experience in similar role.
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
4. Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
