The candidate will join the Tech team as a Business Consultant (Automation, Digital, and Data) to lead an A.D.D. task force in APAC to ensure the delivery of project goals through appropriate delegation and providing feedback and motivation to team members. This includes providing first‐line management support, allocating resources to ensure project delivery, and short‐term planning of deliverables.
The main responsibilities are to lead the A.D.D. team, identify new technical developments and trends, translate these into opportunities within the business unit, initiate the creation of (new) technological innovations/applications, and deliver within schedule.
This position is a team lead role that requires hands‐on and will need experience in management, including involvement in review meetings, consultation, good communication, complex problem management, and providing leadership and direction to the team.

Lead the A.D.D. team
- Facilitate best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Generates suggestions and ideas.
- Providing training and coaching to team members to enable the delivery of objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for team members’ queries and escalations.
- To ensure good communication across the team.
Deliverable
- Design and implement automation framework/strategies for web, mobile, windows and terminal emulators‐based applications.
- Work closely with the business team to identify automation requirements in the early stage.
- Coordinates and facilitates test/ PEN test automation planning, design and execution sessions.
- Create and implement test automation Strategies for projects executed in the Agile model.
- Identify areas for improved testing efficiencies, test automation, and implementation of automated test solutions that will fall within your scope.
Project management.
- Develop and monitor a full Project life cycle.
- Ensure projects have met business strategy requirements and were completed on time and within budget.
Stakeholders Management.
- Communicate status to key stakeholders and senior management.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Degree in IT or equivalent.
- At least five years of relevant work experience, with three years of coordinating and managing a virtual team.
- Three years of project management experience.
- Solid MS Power platform and UI Path background.
- Experience in Adobe Suite/AI will be an advantage.
- PMP is good to have.
- Curious and courageous personality.
- Natural influencer with excellent spoken and written communication skills to interact with all levels in the organisation.
- Self‐organized, able to see the big picture, break complexity and manage inter‐dependencies.
- Possess strong leadership and people‐management skills.
