Job Scope
• Liaise and coordinate with Clients and Contractors for technical matters.
• Review the materials of façade cladding, structural steel and connection bolts as submitted by contractor.
• Supervise the supervision of fabrication of mounting frames.
• Supervise the installation of mounting frames and the fixings.
• Supervise the installation of cladding panels and their levels and joints.
• Supervise the installation of sealant along the cladding joints in both directions.
• Act on behalf of the company to maintain reputation and goodwill with the clients to enable the company to perform its contractual obligations for the projects.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Criteria
• Minimum Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent,
• Min. 3 years’ experience in design of façade cladding and its mounting structure,
• Familiar with the installation of façade cladding wall and its fixings,
• Good experience in tunnel façade wall will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.
