Job Description:
- Taking accurate and correct orders from the customers
- Provide customer service at an exemplary level upholding the professional image of the company
- Stay engaged with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
- Provide product advisory, answer to customers enquiries, and explaining orders over the phone
- Maintain and update customers’ records on timely basis
- Update clients with any changes of delivery schedules and providing alternatives
Requirements:
- IT savvy
- Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred
- Comfortable working in a shophouse environment
- GCE 'N/O/A level' or Diploma from any field
