EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Min Diploma in IT/ Computer Science with Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good communication and written skills to effectively describe and demonstrate technical solutions to internal and external parties
- Relevant experience in handling IT infrastructure
- Proven experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle escalated support requests with a focus on resolving issues promptly and maintaining positive relationships with end-users.
- Ensure high levels of end user satisfaction by delivering timely, professional, and effective support
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
- Oversee the development, maintenance and support of ERP system.
- Manage backup strategies for both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Evaluate, negotiate and manage relationships with technology vendors
- Provide high-level technical support for complex issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Perform in-depth analysis and diagnostics to address persistent or challenging technical problems.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-priority support issues.
- Mentor and guide IT staff, providing support and training on advanced technical issues.
- Manage and resolve critical incidents, ensuring timely and effective communication with affected stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop long-term solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and support for system upgrades, installations, and deployments.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure project alignment and successful implementation.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, IT standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce IT security measures to protect organizational data and systems.
- Implement and manage backup solutions to protect critical data.
