Responsibilities:
· Reporting to CEO and REITs Team Leader
· To provide REITs Research Services for Japanese clients
· To assist REITs Team members to proceed the research activities smoothly
· To research and analyze the REITs markets and the individual REITs in ASEAN and Oceania such as Singapore and Australia collaborate with the REITs Team Leader
· To make the research reports and provide opinions of the markets and the individual REIT for client
Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese – written and verbal
· Finance, Investment and/or Accounting related degree or professional qualification
· CFA holder is preferable
· Knowledge of accounting, financial products (especially Real Estate, Equity and/or REITs)
· Experience of research, investment and/or investment banking for the listed REITs and/or Real Estate related Equities
· Experience of research or investments for the real estate related securities (Private REITs, Private Property/ Real Estate Funds)
· Experience of real property investment or its related business activities such as real estate appraisal
· Experience of real estate related business activities in banks or rating agencies.
· Experience in writing research material in Japanese
· Strong eagerness for learning REITs and real estate related securities
· Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook a must
· Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
· Good research skills and attention to detail
