Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise financial and cost accounting activities
2. Manage full set of accounting operations and monthly closing activities
3. Prepare consolidation of quarterly and annual financial statement
4. Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and monthly financial forecast with analysis
5. Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies / internal control procedures
6. Monitor cash flow
7. Liaise with tax agent for annual tax compliance and other tax related matters
8. Liaise with auditors in fulfilling all general accepted accounting principles
9. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
1. Recognised Degree in Accountancy and Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualifications
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
3. Preferably candidate with construction industry experience
4. Positive, approachable and confident with ability to multi-task and work under pressure
5. Able to meet deadline, meticulous with strong analytical skills
6. Able to work well independently as well as leading a team
