Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, coordinate and execute luxury retail and commercial projects within contractual schedule and budgeted cost
- Review drawings, design notes, and critical specifications
- Attend site meetings, inspections, monitor and report of project progress
- Liaise and coordinate with related parties (e.g., authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers etc.) through regular meetings to ensure conformity to specifications, quality and delivery schedule
- Assist in shop drawing submission
- Supervision at workshop and project site to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure that staff and contractors carry out work in a safe manner
- Monitor daily progress at project site
- Report to management team on project status
- Ensure project's quality is in line with company's standards
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirement
- At least 3 years' experience in project management (General Contractor field)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess driving license
- General reading and writing in Mandarin and English (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
